WHY DO I CROSSFIT?
Life, health, challenge, competition, and the amazing CrossFit community. I just LOVE it! Before CrossFit, I hated working out, because the workouts bored me and the globo gym machines scared me. CrossFit keeps me wanting more and more because of the challenging & different workouts we do! I thought I was strong and in good shape until I went face-to-face with my first CrossFit workout. CrossFit brings a new meaning to being "in shape". I can't imagine doing anything else or going back to no exercise at all. There is something empowering about being able to improve---and in CrossFit, there are so many different workouts that improvements are endless! I am not going to lie, it is painful and tiring but definitely worth it in the end. Now I feel so much better physically and mentally and I can see muscle in my legs and arms. It's AWESOME!
