Kim - Sub'd 24 unanchored AbMat situps per round for GHD situps. 5 rounds + 4 HSPU + 8 KBS + 8 situps. Tweaked my left lower back a little bit just getting into a handstand on round 2.
Mike - 4 rounds + 4 HSPU + 8 KBS
